1. I liked the item on the store, but the colour is different in person. Can I return it?
We recognize that colours may not shop up identically on all monitors. Regularly priced items can be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund.
2. Do you do custom orders?
Yes! You can contact us at email@example.com or DM our Instagram page (@IndigiNature) to request a custom order. Please include "Custom Order Request" in the subject line.
3. Why is my order taking so long to ship?
Each item is either made or designed by our owner, Cassie. Our processing time differs depending on the intricacy of the item, and whether or not it is a custom order. On average, orders will be processed in 3-5 business days.
4. Can I pick up my order in person?
